Parent requirements :  One parent must be at least 30 yrs old, with no biological children. Unmarried, divorced, or widowed parents can adopt, if they have no biological children.

- Copy of pasaporte/D.N.l.
- Certificate of residence.
- Commitment of pursuit until most of age of the adopted one.
- Annual report on the state of health of the adopted boy)
